WASHINGTON — The Energy Department’s Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) today joined NASA in launching a new NASA iTech challenge, a competition inviting the nation’s top entrepreneurs and researchers to showcase their ideas for transformative energy concepts.
