The ARPA-E Summit Mobile App: A Must Have Tool

The 2017 ARPA-E Summit app is a great tool to enhance your Summit experience. The app will provide the most up-to-date agenda with real-time updates and notifications, as well as speaker biographies, panel descriptions, Showcase participant profiles, and more! 

Use the Summit app to easily connect and network with other attendees, exhibitors, and partners; download contact information from the connections you make at the Summit. 

Here are three app features that will help you maximize your time at the Summit: 

App Features

1. My Schedule: Use this feature to add agenda items to your own personalized schedule. From there, you can sort by time or track, export to your phone calendar, or email the agenda if you wish.

2. Meetings: Use this feature to schedule meetings with other attendees. The app will automatically populate time availability during receptions and events in the Tech Showcase area and will assign you an open table so you will have a reserved space and time to network. 

3. Matches:  This useful feature allows you to see which attendees you could be professionally matched with based on company type, job function, and other variables. To see your matches, click on “Matches” from the main app menu. From there, you can click on profiles to learn more or send a meeting request to meet up. (Note: attendees using the app will have a small phone icon to the right of their name in the attendee list.)
