The ARPA-E University Women in Energy Series

The ARPA-E University “Women in Energy” series leverages ARPA-E’s convening influence to engage women researchers, technologists, engineers and entrepreneurs working in the energy industry and provide them with a constructive and supportive forum to discuss a variety of salient issues. Specifically, the series seeks to:

  • Give women working in energy industry STEM fields a constructive and supportive forum to network, learn and share experiences.
  • Support the professional advancement of young women in energy industry STEM careers by showcasing pathways to career development.
  • Facilitate relationships between women scientists, researchers and entrepreneurs that can spur technological innovation and help move promising energy technologies to market.
