Kaushik Katta currently serves as an Advisor for Strategic Initiatives at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) at the U.S. Department of Energy where he is coordinating with the National Academy of Science on their assessment of ARPA-E. Prior to this role, Katta was part of the Office of Scheduling and Advance where he worked to streamline many of the administrative processes across the department.

Katta received a B.S. in Civil Engineering and B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
