Natalie Tham currently serves as Special Assistant at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) in the Department of Energy. Prior to joining ARPA-E she led a data & analytics operation in Florida, providing analysis of voting trends and survey response data to drive statewide strategy. Prior to that she led data & analytics teams for statewide voter contact operations in Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. Before entering politics, Natalie worked as an engineer for a commercial drone start-up, where she provided technical and program support for inspections of wind turbines, solar panel fields, and power plants. Natalie earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.
