He brings over twenty years of executive experience in business development, venture capital, technology commercialization, new business creation and IP licensing.

John D. Jennings is the Government Partnership Advisor at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) where he helps prepare breakthrough energy technologies for transition to government partners, particularly the Department of Defense (DOD).

Dr. Apoorv Agarwal serves as a Technology-to-Market Advisor at the Department of Energy’s Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) where he supports technology development and commercialization efforts for energy storage and transportation programs.

Priyanka Bakaya currently serves as a Technology-to-Market Advisor at the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E). For the past two decades, she has worked as a climate tech founder and entrepreneur, in finance and venture capital, and has also served as an instructor for MIT Entrepreneurship Bootcamps.

Dr. Gregg A. Cremer currently serves as a Technology-to-Market Advisor at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E), where he helps drive innovative energy technologies from mind to market. Dr. Cremer's primary focus is ARPA-E's second SCALEUP cohort, SCALEUP 2021, for which he is the Federal Lead.

Kirk Liu currently serves as a Technology-to-Market Advisor at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E), where he helps prepare innovative energy technologies for transition from the agency-funded lab to the commercial market.

Dr. Othon Monteiro currently serves as Technology-to-Market Advisor at the Department of Energy’s Advanced Research Project Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) where he supports the transition of breakthrough energy technologies from concept to commercial markets. Monteiro has extensive engineering experience in materials engineering, advanced materials, process development, and new product deployment.

Ken Pulido serves as a Technology-to-Market Advisor for the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E), where he supports technology commercialization efforts.

Dr. Rakesh Radhakrishnan currently serves as a Technology-to-Market Advisor at the Department of Energy's Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) where he supports technology commercialization efforts for the distributed generation, additive manufacturing, electrified aviation and artificial intelligence programs.

Dan Rogers serves as a Tech-to-Market Advisor at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E), where he focuses on transformative, high-impact marine technologies to address our society’s most pressing ocean-related energy and critical resource needs.
