
Bart Bridwell currently serves as a Supervisory Contract Specialist with the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy. In that role, he leads ARPA-E’s Contracting Team and their acquisition and assistance award activities. Before joining ARPA-E, he worked for the National Science Foundation as a Branch Chief in its Division of Acquisition and Cooperative Support.

Dr. Christina Chang currently serves as an ARPA-E Fellow. Her interests focus on new chemistry for sustainable manufacturing, including advanced materials, renewable fuels, and waste-to-resource technologies.

Dr. Halle Cheeseman is a Program Director at ARPA-E with a focus on batteries and other electrochemical devices.

Nicole Clopton currently serves as a Contract Specialist at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E). Clopton performs cradle-to-grave administration of cooperative agreements as well as other financial assistance and acquisition awards. Prior to ARPA-E, Clopton served as a Federal Grants Contracts Manager at the Northern Virginia Regional Commission.
Charles Conway currently serves as a Legal Analyst at the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E). As Legal Analyst, Conway works with the Office of Chief Counsel to provide legal advice and counsel on a wide variety of legal and policy matters relevant to ARPA-E’s mission.

Dr. Daniel Cunningham is a Technology-to-Market Advisor at the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E), where he helps prepare innovative energy technologies for transition from the lab to the market.

Dr. Peter de Bock currently serves as Program Director at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy. His focus at ARPA-E includes electronics thermal management and aviation propulsion systems.

Carlo DiFranco currently serves as a Grants Management Specialist at the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E).

Dr. Krish Doraiswamy is a Technology-to-Market Advisor at the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E), where he helps prepare innovative energy technologies for transition from the lab to the market.

Hai Duong is the Associate Director for Finance at ARPA-E and is responsible for the financial management of the program. Prior to ARPA-E he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the Consumer Product Safety Commission. In that role he oversaw the Commission’s financial operations, including its budget formulation and execution, planning, accounting, procurement, and internal controls. He also led several process improvements that significantly streamlined the Commission’s budget processes and performance measures.
