
Dr. Olga Blum Spahn currently serves as a Program Director at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E). Her focus at ARPA-E is on grid resiliency, power management and distribution, aviation and instrumentation for harsh environments leveraging optical and semiconductor device technologies.

Dr. Peter de Bock currently serves as a Program Director at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy. His focus at ARPA-E includes electronics thermal management and aviation propulsion systems.

Dr. Halle Cheeseman is a Program Director at ARPA-E with a focus on batteries and other electrochemical devices.

Nicole Clopton currently serves as a Lead Grants Management Specialist at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E). Clopton performs cradle-to-grave administration of cooperative agreements as well as other financial assistance and acquisition awards. Prior to ARPA-E, Clopton served as a Federal Grants Contracts Manager at the Northern Virginia Regional Commission.

Charles Conway currently serves as an Attorney-Advisor at the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E). As an Attorney-Advisor, Conway works with the Office of Chief Counsel to provide legal advice and counsel on a wide variety of legal and policy matters relevant to ARPA-E’s mission.

Dr. Gregg A. Cremer currently serves as a Technology-to-Market Advisor at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E), where he helps drive innovative energy technologies from mind to market. Dr. Cremer's primary focus is ARPA-E's second SCALEUP cohort, SCALEUP 2021, for which he is the Federal Lead.

Dr. Ahmed Diallo currently serves as a Program Director for the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E). His focus at ARPA-E is on potentially transformative research & development to enable commercial fusion energy.

Carlo A. Dovan DiFranco currently serves as a Grants Management Specialist and Contracting Officer at the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E).

Hai Duong is the Associate Director for Finance at ARPA-E and is responsible for the financial management of the program. Prior to ARPA-E he served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the Consumer Product Safety Commission. In that role he oversaw the Commission’s financial operations, including its budget formulation and execution, planning, accounting, procurement, and internal controls. He also led several process improvements that significantly streamlined the Commission’s budget processes and performance measures.

Jennifer Fleming currently serves as a Lead Grants Management Specialist at the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E). Fleming performs full lifecycle administration of financial assistance awards. Prior to joining ARPA-E, Fleming served as a Financial Assistance Officer for the National Park Service – Northeast Region.
