
Dr. Simon Freeman serves as a Program Director at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA‑E). His focus at ARPA-E is on maritime energy and environmental sensing technologies.

Dr. Anil Ganti currently serves as an ARPA-E Fellow. His areas of interest include sensing technologies, machine learning, and resilient systems.

Dr. Mario Garcia-Sanz currently serves as a Special Government Employee at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E). His focus at ARPA-E includes advanced control engineering, wind energy systems, renewable and conventional power generation, electrical distribution systems, smart grid technologies, and water treatment plants and networks.

Jonathan (Jon) Glass serves as a Technology-to-Market Advisor at the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E). He brings over twenty years of executive experience in business development, venture capital, technology commercialization, new business creation and IP licensing.

Geoff Goode is the Deputy Chief Counsel in the Office of the Chief Counsel at ARPA-E. Before joining ARPA-E, Mr. Goode was in private practice at a DC-area law firm where he focused on environmental law in the regulatory and litigation contexts.

Dr. Katharine Greco is a Fellow at the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E) in the U.S. Department of Energy. At ARPA-E Dr. Greco works to map the technology whitespace for novel food production methods that are not dependent on conventional agricultural resources.

Dr. Julia Greenwald currently serves as an ARPA-E Fellow. Her interests include the water-energy nexus, waste-to-resource technologies, and the development of new materials with improved electrical and thermal transport properties.
Kelly Harper currently serves as a Lead Grants Management Specialist at the Advanced Research Projects Agency - Energy (ARPA-E) where she performs full life cycle administration of cooperative agreements as well as other financial assistance and acquisition awards.

Dr. William Horak currently serves as a Program Director at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E). His focus at ARPA-E includes advanced thermal systems, nuclear energy, and combined heat and power.
John D. Jennings is the Government Partnership Advisor at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) where he helps prepare breakthrough energy technologies for transition to government partners, particularly the Department of Defense (DOD).
