Zero-emission Iron & Steelmaking Workshop

The Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) held a virtual workshop from noon to 5 p.m. ET on Tuesday, August 31, and Wednesday, September 1. The objective of this workshop was to solicit stakeholder feedback and ideas regarding the scope of a potential disruptive program focused on technologies to eliminate greenhouse gas emissions from the production of iron and steel. The workshop agenda featured speakers from within and outside the steel industry, as well as several interactive breakout sessions.
