Dr. Hagar Zohar
Dr. Hagar Zohar currently serves as a Technology-to-Market Advisor at the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E), where she enables commercialization of breakthrough energy technologies.
Dr. Zohar brings over a decade of innovation and commercialization experience across the value chain in R&D, Marketing, and M&A at Dow Chemical and The Clorox Company, including Latin American and Asian markets. She is passionate about leveraging cross-functional and market-led perspectives to get technologies out of the lab and into the world making a difference.
Dr. Zohar earned a Ph.D. in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was an NSF Graduate Research Fellow and Big Ideas at Berkeley winner. She also holds a BS in Chemical Engineering, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
