Driola Morrill
Driola Morrill serves as a Grants Management Specialist for the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E). Prior to joining ARPA-E, Morrill served as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton. She is currently certified by the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) in federal and commercial contracting. She also holds separate professional certifications in accounting and payroll, and she is a certified paralegal.
Morrill previously served as Project Lead, Senior Contract Specialist for Seventh Sense, where she prepared de-obligations and closeout modifications for the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and separately completed a multi-year contract closeout project for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
Morrill served as Contracts Manager for Binary Group, which included administration of pre-contract, contract execution and post-award phases supporting the United States Army.
Morrill earned her bachelor’s degree in law overseas and served as a foreign attorney for the American Bar Association (ABA) in its International Division, operating abroad in support of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
