Jennifer Fleming currently serves as a Lead Grants Management Specialist at the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E). Fleming performs full lifecycle administration of financial assistance awards. Prior to joining ARPA-E, Fleming served as a Financial Assistance Officer for the National Park Service – Northeast Region. 

Fleming earned her Master of Science in Administration degree from Central Michigan University.
