Technology-to-Market Advisor

Ken Pulido serves as a Technology-to-Market Advisor for the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E), where he supports technology commercialization efforts.

Most recently, Pulido served as the Director of Energy Finance at the Vermont Housing Finance Agency and as Principal at Ken Pulido Consulting, which provides strategic and financial advisory services to firms in the energy and sustainability space. In these roles, Pulido helped develop and roll-out the statewide Tariff-On-Bill financing mechanism to increase the number of residential weatherization and energy efficient projects implemented, with a focus on low- and moderate-income households. Prior to this, Pulido served as the first Chief Financial Officer at the start-up company NG Advantage, where he was responsible for capital raising, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, and investor relations. Pulido also held roles as General Manager at Gestamp Biomass International, Group Leader – Energy at NewStar Financial, and Director of Finance at Calpine Corporation.

Pulido earned his MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Irvine.
