Brandon Beyer
Brandon Beyer is currently a Lead Grants Management Specialist at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E). Brandon has more than five years of grants and financial assistance experience as well as nine years competing, negotiating, and administering contracts to procure a variety of supplies and services.
Prior to ARPA-E, Brandon served as a Agreements Officer (Financial Assistance) and a Contracting Officer in the Acquisition Services Division at the Department of Transportation’s Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration. In this role, Brandon was responsible for developing Funding Opportunity Announcements, awarding and administering a variety of contract types, as well as completing various pre- and post- award functions. He also served as a Management Analyst for ARPA-E in 2016, and he has experience as a Government Contracts Auditor for the District of Columbia.
Brandon received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the George Washington University Law School, his J.D. at Golden Gate University School of Law, and his B.A. at University of California Berkeley. He is also Level III Certified from the Federal Acquisition Certification-Contracting (FAC-C).
